Looks like I just qualified since I own a "strong" and "usa" website. My guess is that some [many] people still believe this nonsense and respond. If these folks had a key to the top of search, they would be beating leads off with a stick.  But the reality remains, there is no fast track to the front of the line (with the exception of opening your wallet and buying ads on Google, Yahoo, Live, etc.).

Alas...anyone have any good fried SPAM recipes?
